| For the past two years, the more than 1,500
undergraduate members of Phi Kappa Theta have been providing
both time and money to their local Children's Miracle Network
hospitals.

| Phi Mu has been a sponsor of Children's Miracle
Network since 1988. In their 12 years with Children's Miracle
Network, they have raised $2.3 million through their 130 undergraduate
chapters and 140 alumni associations. Not only do they give
money, but they also give time by volunteering at their local
hospitals. |

Alpha Epsilon |

| The Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity is the
most recent collegiate association to adopt Children's Miracle
Network as its preferred national philanthropy. The announcement
was made August 1, 1999 at SAE's National Leadership School
in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in 1856 at the University of
Alabama, SAE has 221 collegiate chapters and 200,000 members
nationwide. Children's Miracle Network is pleased to welcome
Sigma Alpha Epsilon to the team. |

| Sigma Chi has been a sponsor of Children's
Miracle Network since 1993. One of the many ways that they
raise money is through Derby Days, a signature, week long
philanthropy event. As Sigma Chi's recommended philanthropy,
Children's Miracle Network affiliated hospitals have received
more than $1.3 million. Sigma Chi has a presence on 228 university
campuses. |

| Zeta Beta Tau has been a partner with Children's
Miracle Network since 2002. ZBT is the oldest and largest
historically Jewish Fraternity with 110,000 members spread
over 80 campuses. We are pleased Zeta Beta Tau has chosen
Children's Miracle Network as an official philanthropy. |
